Green Smoothie

Enjoy this cooling Green Smoothie for a crisp treat with over 70mg of Calcium.

Smoothies packed with greens fortify our immune system, increase our daily energy levels and provide essential antioxidants to slow aging.

Kale is a great natural source of antioxidants, Vitamins A and C and fiber. Kale also aids the body’s natural detoxification processes. Green Vibrance is a greens supplement that improves digestion and therefore nutrient absorption, allowing our body to maximize the benefits of our foods.

If you like making smoothies, here’s a great one to try!

Kiwi Delight Smoothie

4 kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 banana
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
10 ice cubes

Slice kiwi, setting 2 slices aside for garnish. Put all ingredients into a blender, breaking banana into chucks for easier blending. Blend on slow speed for 5-10 seconds. Put cover on blender, set speed to high, and feed ice cubes through the opening. Blend until smooth, pour into tall glass and garnish with kiwi slices.

Thanks for the recipe! We have a similar summer thirst quencher we make that tastes like a kiwi/mojito of sorts. We’ll try to make a non-dairy version – we’re staying clear of the dairy in our home right now. Sounds very refreshing! Eat Inspired!
