Delicious and slightly sweet this parfait hits the spot. I like the crunchy texture of the granola paired with the thick, creamy richness of the yogurt.
Feel free to choose a non-dairy option, such as So Delicious Coconut Yogurt, as I do. This parfait is easily assembled in a cup for a delicious take-along treat.
On-The-Go Yogurt Parfait
5 oz. container of Greek Non-Fat Yogurt (such as Oikos) OR (or Dairy-Free option such as So Delicious Coconut Yogurt)
1/4 Cup Fresh Organic Berries
1/8 Cup Granola (I used Udi’s Gluten-Free Granola Au Natural)
1 Tablespoon Ground Golden Flaxseed Meal (such as Bob’s Red Mill)
1 Tablespoon Raw Nuts (optional)
Stir yogurt until creamy.
Sprinkle Flax and Granola over top.
Add Nuts if desired.
Top with Berries.
