Clea offers individual, semi-private and group sessions customized to your specific needs and goals.
This is the perfect setting to expand your practice, introduce you to yoga, challenge your conceived limitations, realize your goals, release tension and restore your health.
Each session lasts between 60-80 minutes and is uniquely tailored to your needs with a combination of warm-up, strengthening/toning, flexibility, core abdominal work relaxation, meditation and breath work. Pre/post-natal and partner work is also available.
Locations to suit and serve your needs. Clea hosts classes in studio settings, seasonal outdoor locations or in the convenience of your own home, office or school site.
Before you begin any yoga practice, make sure to share any health conditions and personal goals with your teacher.
Arrive with an open mind. Wear comfortable stretchable or slightly loose clothing. Bring water and a small towel. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat. Expect to practice barefoot.
