Clea offers individual, semi-private and group sessions customized to your specific needs and goals.

This is the perfect setting to:

Each session lasts between 60-80 minutes and is uniquely tailored to your needs and may include a combination of any of the following:

  • warm-up
  • strengthening and toning
  • flexibility
  • core abdominal work
  • relaxation
  • meditation and visulaization
  • breath work

Pre/post-natal and partner work is also available.

LOCATIONS

Host a classe or session in YOUR prefect location. Choose a studio, seasonal outdoor locations or in the convenience and comfort of your own home, office, school or event site.

HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR YOGA EXPERIENCE 

Arrive with an open mind.

Wear comfortable that you can easily move around in.

Bring water and a small towel.

You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat.

Expect to practice barefoot.

Before you begin any yoga practice, make sure to share health conditions, restrictions or limitations and personal goals with Clea. 

Yoga is for EVERY level and ability.

You do not need to come to yoga with any degree of flexibility.

Gradually integrating yoga into your daily or weekly routine is the foundation for a rewarding practice.

The greatest challenge comes from relaxing into any movements or pose rather than pushing, forcing or struggling.

A satisfying yoga session may leave you feeling invigorated, calm, expansive in body and clear of mind.
