Choosing Our Foods Wisely

A few simple tips to help us choose the foods we love and skip the ingredients we don't want to eat such as pesticides, hormones, artificial additives and food packaging and preservative chemicals.

No matter what the season or special occasion, include a healthy serving of fresh fruits and vegetables.

We can lower our pesticide intake substantially by avoiding these top 12 most contaminated fruits and vegetables.

Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly with warm water and a mild natural vegetable wash or soap such as Dr. Bronner's.
