This simple snack is fuel for our summer fun -

INGREDIENTS

1 Brown rice cake

1-2 Tablespoons Fresh nut butter (such as almond, peanut or cashew)

1-2 Teaspoons Raw cacao nibs

1-2 Teaspoons Coconut flakes, unsweetened

METHOD

Top brown rice cake with fresh nut butter, sprinkle with raw cacao nibs and unsweetened coconut flakes.
