Let's choose to spend the ENTIRE WEEK lavishing gratitude on ourselves and those around us.
A simple bowl or box will do
Add a small sign "Gratitude Bowl" or "Be Thankful Here" if you'd like - invite everyone to participate
Place small scraps of paper and a pen or pencil
A token, an over-looked comment, and under-appreciated simple pleasure, anything we take for granted each and every day.
BE GRATEFUL MORE OFTEN
Gratitude unlocks abundance. Make time at your morning meal or together at dinner to write down your daily gratitude.
On Thanksgiving Day, we pass the gratitude bowl around our table. Everyone pulls a thankful note and reads aloud the anonymous gratitudes that we’ve gathered throughout the week. This has become one of our favorite and most cherished traditions!
I invite you to let the gratitude swell beyond your home and your small bowl. Let's watch the thankfulness we share grow, thrive and multiply.

Hungry for more, Clea studied with leading experts in nutrition and wellness at the world-renowned Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York City. Her life’s work was founded on her deep passion for helping people transform their lives through nutrition and daily lifestyle changes.
