5 things we should all have MORE of this Thanksgiving:

1. Move more - take the dog for a walk, get outdoors, play a pick-up game.

2. Eat more vegetables - start out with fresh raw veggies, a salad or add in a sauteed dark leafy green to any dish.

3. Drink water - hydrate throughout the day and between meals to improve digestion, skin and mood!

4. Add a serving of thankfulness - share a gratitude for each guest or person in your life.

5. Connect more - add games, conversation starters and interaction to your party plans.
