Step Two: Let’s make this simple Spring smoothie. It’s a delicious, nutrient-rich way to alkalinize and offer your body an energizing, restorative gift. That’s right! A present from the inside-out.
INGREDIENTS Serves Two ½ cup Pineapple, frozen in chunks ½ cup Mango, fresh or frozen mango, diced 4 Kale leaves, ribs removed, rinsed and chopped 6 Romaine lettuce leaves, rinsed and chopped ½ cup Parsley, fresh, rinsed 1 inch Ginger, fresh, peeled and chopped ½ cup Water filtered, cold (as needed to achieve desired thickness) METHOD 1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender. 2. Blend until smooth and serve immediately. Enjoy!
