Check out the Healthy Living Guide for San Diego

Many of you already know that I live in (and love) San Diego, CA. I am thrilled that my Nutrition School has just released a Healthy Living Guide for San Diego!

This guide features a few favorite local healthy restaurants (Sea Rocket Bistro) as well as a few new-comers (Casa de Luz).

The folks at Institute for Integrative Nutrition even included a few of our most beautiful outdoor parks.

Whether you’re visiting us for a short time or you’re living each day in San Diego, the Healthy Living Guide has plenty for everyone.

Locals – what’s this list missing? I can think of a few:

Ranchos, Grant’s Market (for gf bread and wrap alternatives), Barrio Star, The Mission, Kensington Cafe, Snooze, Specialty Produce and the Hillcrest, Ocean Beach and Little Italy Farmer’s Markets.
